First bank has migrated most transaction in branches to their alternative channels.
This means that transfer of N100,000 and below to all bank accounts will no longer be processed in branches but can only be processed using first bank alternative channels which are safe, easy to use and very convenient. This process helps to reduced crowd in the banking hall and saves time too.

See below the options available for transfer of funds of N100,000 and below:

First Mobile: This is a mobile banking application which is easy and convenient to use by customers to execute banking transactions and access news content on the go from their mobile phones. It is currently the only mobile application that customers can download on their phones, activate it and transact on it without having to visit the bank branch.
With the smartphones application, customers can enjoy real time mobile banking services such as domestic funds transfer from self-owned account to other first bank account and other bank accounts, as well as make quick airtime recharge for self and others on all mobile networks, bills payment, cheque services, confirm cheques and stop cheques, flight booking, account balances and much more.
To set up this application on an android phone, just visit the Google play store to download and install the First Mobile application. Once installed open the application and click the REGISTER button using your Naira MasterCard or Verve card to activate the application create your transaction PIN and Mpin.
Quick banking: This is also another alternative channels that can be used to make first bank transaction. It is also easy and convenient. You don’t need to have an internet phone or data before you can use this service that is the most existing thing in this service just the code and you can do transactions kudos to first bank. Buy airtime: *894*amount#
Buy airtime other number: *894*amount*phone number#
Check balance: *894*00#
Register/reset PIN: *894*0#

First online: This is another wonderful platform used by first bank to perform so many banking transactions without visiting the bank just with your token all transaction are done. Just visit the bank meet with the customer service person request for your account to be setup on first online. You will be given a form to fill with your email address after which you will receive a mail with your with the link and your default password. Login with the default password and change password to your preferred option to access all transaction.
